Based between The US and Canada, Jessica Sofia, is a movement specialist, artistic director, and educator. Her upbringing between countries and cultures led Sofia to see movement as the essence of life. That vision stayed throughout her studies in Fine Arts, Contemporary Dance, and Art Administration.
Her idea of a motion house came after years of transferring her knowledge on movement into various industries, achieving a sustainable and creative use of energy and resources. Jessica Sofia uses her sensitivity and adaptability as a way of sharing through her work, the holistic memories of her movement-soaked childhood.
